Pathway are pleased to announce that we will be attending this year’s Labour Party Conference in Liverpool, along with our groundbreaking immersive exhibition demonstrating the unacceptable reality of rough sleeping upon discharge from hospital.

Co-created with members of Pathway’s Lived Experience Group, the exhibition offers attendees the opportunity to experience the sights, sounds and smells of rough sleeping; a soundscape of street environments will be available to listen to, with rucksacks containing personal belongings and real-life stories available to view and read. The experience also provides attendees with an understanding of the complex medical needs and conditions that an individual might be managing in such an unsafe environment.

You can learn more about our work to secure an end to unsafe discharges, including a full overview of the problem, our evidence backed solutions, and how you can take action to help us, here.

Pathway staff and experts-by-experience will also be on hand throughout the duration of the conference to discuss both the exhibition and all other matters inclusion health, including the full range of our policy work and Pathway Partnership Programme.

So, if you are attending please do come say hello to us at Stand J13, and if you would like to get in touch with us in the meantime you can reach out on info@pathway.org.uk
