An outline Generic Service Model for specialist Mental Health and Rough Sleeping Services, developed rapidly for the 2020 Spending Review. It was put together by a network of experts and based on evidence from effective services around the UK, and available research outputs. It includes a staffing model and estimated operational costs for a good quality service engaging with a caseload of approximately 40 rough sleepers at any one time.
