This subgroup of the Faculty seeks to bring together physical, mental health and addictions nurses working in acute hospital or intermediate care / step down settings across the UK and Ireland, although colleagues from other disciplines are also very welcome!

The purpose of the network is to share best practice on clinical issues focused on maximising the benefit of the admission / step down period for inclusion health patients. Past topics for discussion have included maintaining boundaries whilst building relationships, tackling self discharge and nutritional assessment. Online meetings take place quarterly and offer an opportunity for everyone to share their current approaches and challenges.
